This hotel was set in a residential area near quiet neighbourhood of Kortrijk, and the train station. The room was wonderfully decorated and spotless, it had a minibar and a TV set.

Cozy room with a cool theme and a super comfy bed. They have a good selection of breakfast treats 🥐.

The care and attention given to the breakfast table and the free taxi travel within 12kms.

The location is an easy stroll into town; the welcome and help was informative and friendly; the breakfast was so good we took a photo of it! Parking immediately outside the hotel was free and the owners even altered our time disc while we went out for the day. We could have had a free taxi to or from anywhere within 12 kilometers but didn't need it. Tea and coffee were available in the lounge at all times and the mini-bar was well-stocked and reasonably priced. The room was tastefully decorated with plenty of space.

We stayed in the Teddy Bear room(!) and there is no door between the bedroom and the toilet.

The hotel has a particularly good location in a quiet residential area. It is a short walk to both a supermarket and the train station. the units are well decorated and reasonably large. the bed is very comfy. the staff is helpful.

Great place, very friendly staff/owner, very helpful with my late arrival. There was a bowl of very tasty Belgium chocolates waiting in the room (large enough, clean, double bed plus couch), which I have never seen in any hotel before. The room was very cutely decorated (mine had a monkey theme), there is a very spacious, well equipped bath room, and good WiFi free of charge, but then there was THE BREAKFAST: it was the best I've ever had in any hotel (and I have been around, a lot). each guest gets a full breakfast served to the table, incl. several fruits, cereals, sweets, dried fruits, cheeses, meats, different breads and pastries, different kinds of juice (one with a 3 different berries on a stick on top), fried egg, after some time they served an Italien croque. There is also a little buffet of several sweets. if you are on a business trip (like I was) make sure to schedule yourself at least 30-40min for breakfast, you don't want to rush out to your appointment and see that thing waiting for you, it nearly happend to me.... If I get to stay in Kortijk again, I will be there for sure

Lack of evening service. Got locked out as I stepped outside the dooor closed behind me and I had been informed of a code but did not get a card or get in in writing. A neighbour heard me trying to attract attention and called the owner at home. Very poor, this must improve they should give a card with the number when giving guest room key

This place is conveniently located near a festival, in a peaceful area, and close to the train station, with friendly staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed my really nice stay for 1 night. the rooms were nicely decorated and nice cosy with a very comfy bed. the price was £77. the location was nice, for example, an Asian grocery store was within a close distance from the hotel. the staff were really helpful and kind.

Our room was awesome, so spacious and with a super cozy bed 😊. the staff here are really nice and welcoming, which was just what we needed after a long drive.
